Steens Bar and Restaurant is a family run business. Billy and Linda took over the restaurant in April 2006, having moved to the Island from Northern Ireland. You will be sure of a friendly welcome by Billy, Linda and their staff. They are open 365 days per year.
The restaurant is situated on the top road at Protaras, with fantastic views of Profitas Elias to the front and the Mediterranean Sea to the rear. Once one of the best kept secrets in the area, word has spread and Steens restaurant in Protaras is now a popular venue for both expats and tourists who return regularly for fresh home cooking and excellent value for money.
Enjoy the best breakfast in Protaras on the lovely sun terrace. The full English breakfast includes Kingsmill bread, fried potatoes, juice and tea or coffee with a refill if required. Ulster Fry and black pudding are also available along with home made soda bread, potato bread and pancakes.
Home cooked meals at lunchtime or in the evening include home made pies and home made chips! There are a variety of pies such as Chicken and Ham, Steak and Guinness, Cottage and Mince & Onion. Another of Steens specialities are their boat trips in Protaras. Catering for 20 people enjoy your trip to Cape Greco and have fun swimming and snorkelling.
