We are receiving great support. Scenic Bicycle Hire (SBH Ltd), our first sponsors of the year, are proud to have presented Paul with the Stylus 27 speed road bike and becoming a supporting sponsor of Cycling Cyprus 2010. Nigel Lees has already had two bookings from a couple coming over from the UK who are members with the Stevenage and Hitchin Bike club and are joining Paul on Day 3.
Braiv Health and Fitness Gym in Paphos are sponsoring Paul with his training for the event.
The event will be covered online at www.cyclingcyprus.org for those who wish to follow Paul and the Facebook group page.
We are looking for people to come and join Paul on his route, whether it is for a few miles or as many miles as they would like. Facebook has already created great interest from fellow cyclists who want to join us. One group in particular from Limassol of about 10 cyclists are very keen to do most if not the entire event with Paul. You can follow the Facebook group here.
Listen out for our updates via our media sponsors who at present are Rock FM 98.5.
People may think that the only way to support us is by donating money but that is not the case. We are looking for volunteers who will help carry our bucket collections, high energy drinks and food, bike spares, accommodation, support car, the list goes on and on.....If you know of anyone who can help us reach our goals please contact...
