There are quite a few public holidays in Cyprus and special days. We have noted some here for you.
Easter in Cyprus and Cyprus Carnivals are special to the Cypriots who have parades with thousands dressing up in costumes to enjoy the fun. Limassol enjoys a huge carnival and there is a massive party atmosphere. The parade can last for several hours. Be sure to pay a visit and you will be reminded just what a carnival should be like.
